Interim Financial Analyst / Finance Business Partner
South London | £400 - £450 per day (Umbrella) | Hybrid Working

We’re looking for a qualified, super commercial and people-focused Financial Analyst for an exciting interim role in South London.

This is NOT a role where you sit behind a spreadsheet all day.

We want someone who loves working with people, asks good questions, challenges thinking and can use finance to help teams make better decisions.

You’ll be working across a fast-moving consumer business, partnering with people in sales, marketing, operations and other non-finance teams.

The Role

You’ll sit right in the middle of the business.

  • Business partnering with non-finance teams
  • Getting underneath performance and understanding what is actually driving it
  • Commercial analysis around sales, products, customers and profitability
  • Building models and business cases
  • Supporting budgets, forecasts and planning
  • Identifying opportunities to improve margin, efficiency and growth
  • Turning data into useful, simple commercial insight
  • Challenging stakeholders and influencing decisions
  • Getting involved in projects, new ideas and whatever else the business throws at you!

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
