Senior Finance Analyst

Contract Type: Permanent
Location: London – Hybrid (3 days a week)
Salary: £60k - £70k + 10% Bonus
Vacancy Number: 32882

A Senior Finance Analyst is sought to join a PE-backed telecoms business at an exciting stage of growth and transformation.

Working closely with senior finance and commercial stakeholders, you will provide end-to-end finance support across several business areas, delivering commercial insight, financial modelling, business cases, and strategic planning. This role offers significant stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence decision-making within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own finance support for several business units, partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders.
  • Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
  • Deliver commercial analysis and insights to improve business performance.
  • Improve management reporting and help drive automation of manual processes.
  • Analyse acquisition costs, channel performance, and key commercial KPIs.
  • Provide challenge and recommendations to stakeholders through data-led decision support.

To Be Suitable

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering.
  • Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements, enhanced reporting, or commercial insights.
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and non-finance audiences.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of operating independently.
  • Experience within telecoms, media, or technology would be advantageous.
