Senior Finance Analyst
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: London – Hybrid (3 days a week)
Salary: £60k - £70k + 10% Bonus

A Senior Finance Analyst is sought to join a PE-backed telecoms business at an exciting stage of growth and transformation.
Working closely with senior finance and commercial stakeholders, you will provide end-to-end finance support across several business areas, delivering commercial insight, financial modelling, business cases, and strategic planning. This role offers significant stakeholder exposure and the opportunity to influence decision-making within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own finance support for several business units, partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Deliver commercial analysis and insights to improve business performance.
- Improve management reporting and help drive automation of manual processes.
- Analyse acquisition costs, channel performance, and key commercial KPIs.
- Provide challenge and recommendations to stakeholders through data-led decision support.

To Be Suitable
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or finance business partnering.
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record of delivering process improvements, enhanced reporting, or commercial insights.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and non-finance audiences.
- Commercially minded, proactive, and capable of operating independently.
- Experience within telecoms, media, or technology would be advantageous.
