Senior Finance Analyst
Location: London
Our client in the hotels industry is seeking a high-performing Senior Finance Analyst to join its commercial finance team based in London.
Known for its strong brands, pace, and complexity, the organisation offers significant exposure and the opportunity to influence senior decision-making. This role sits at the heart of the business, partnering closely with commercial leaders and owning key elements of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across a sizeable cost base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for assigned commercial functions, ensuring accurate submissions aligned with business priorities.
- Challenge spending assumptions and identify opportunities to reduce non-staff costs.
- Prepare monthly financial reporting packs, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
- Analyse performance against budget and forecast, highlighting key drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Partner with commercial leaders and budget owners, helping them understand financial results and take corrective action.
- Present financial findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.
- Provide analysis to support commercial decisions and cost-efficiency initiatives.
- Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to maintain consistent financial reporting.

This is a high-visibility role for someone looking to deepen their commercial impact in a dynamic, multi-market environment. You will thrive here if you enjoy autonomy, have strong analytical rigour, and are confident communicating financial insight to non-finance stakeholders. Ideally you will be a fully qualified Finance Analyst (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and have strong industry exposure, with hospitality or hotels exposure being a bonus!
