About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Go-to-Market (GTM) FP&A team, reporting to the Senior Manager, GTM FP&A. In this role, you will serve as a trusted finance partner to key commercial leaders across our GTM organization, supporting strategic planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment decisions that drive growth.

What You'll Do

- Build, maintain, and enhance driver-based financial models that support forecasting, investment planning, and business performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze key GTM performance metrics, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends to help leaders make informed decisions.
- Lead month-end close activities, including accruals, variance analysis, reporting, and business reviews.
- Perform scenario modeling and ad hoc analyses to evaluate business initiatives, resource allocation decisions, and growth strategies.
- Develop executive-ready dashboards, presentations, and reporting packages for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and reporting enhancements that increase efficiency and scalability across FP&A.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
