Senior Analyst, EMEA & AP | £60,000–£65,000 | Fully Remote – UK
Christy Media Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Analyst to join our client in a newly created role focused on strengthening financial integrity, reporting accuracy and controls while driving greater value from NetSuite.
This is an opportunity for an experienced finance professional who combines broad finance and audit expertise with deep, hands-on NetSuite experience and a strong track record of process improvement and automation.
A key focus will be identifying manual and inefficient finance processes and improving how NetSuite is used for reporting, controls and workflows.
Key responsibilities:
- Support internal and external statutory audits, including planning, walkthroughs, testing and remediation
- Maintain audit documentation, risk assessments and control matrices
- Identify control gaps and process inefficiencies and drive improvements
- Produce and review management, audit and regulatory reporting
- Undertake variance, trend and root-cause analysis
- Support month-end and year-end activity within NetSuite
- Develop and maintain Excel models, dashboards and reconciliations
- Act as a NetSuite subject-matter expert across reporting, saved searches, dashboards and data extraction
- Identify opportunities for process standardisation and automation
- Work with Finance, Audit, FP&A, Accounting, Operations and systems/IT stakeholders
- Communicate financial and audit matters clearly to senior stakeholders

What we're looking for:
- Significant senior finance, audit or financial analysis experience
- Broad finance experience covering areas such as month-end, reconciliations, reporting, audit and controls
- Strong practical NetSuite experience across finance processes
- Experience with the ARM module within NetSuite
- Advanced Excel capability
- Strong internal and/or external audit experience
- Demonstrable process improvement and control enhancement experience
- Experience within multi-entity, multi-currency or international environments
- Confidence working autonomously and engaging with senior stakeholders

Qualified or part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent status would be beneficial, alongside experience with BI/reporting tools or automation technologies. Salesforce experience would also be advantageous.
The organisation operates across multiple international entities, making this a particularly interesting opportunity for someone comfortable with complex, multi-currency finance environments.
Salary: circa £60,000–£65,000
Location: Fully remote anywhere in the UK
