Company This leading Global Property Technology (PropTech) company, based in Central London, is looking to hire a Senior Financial Analyst as part of its continued growth. The business has a motivating, rewarding and inclusive culture, and is looking for an ambitious finance professional who can add value to both the finance function and the wider business. Role The Senior Financial Analyst will act as a key business partner to various departments across the business. You will take ownership of the annual budgeting and forecasting processes, while developing methodologies to improve overall forecasting accuracy. You will also gain a strong understanding of the company’s business plan and growth strategies, identifying key cost drivers and trends to establish realistic P&L targets and performance measures. In addition, you will prepare detailed business cases and financial analysis to support strategic and wider business decisions. The role will report directly to the Finance Director.

Profile The successful candidate will be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified and have native-level French proficiency. You will have strong analytical, organisational, written and verbal communication skills, alongside excellent attention to detail. The ability to influence stakeholders, simplify complex financial information and develop practical solutions will be highly valued. This is an office-based position.
