About This Team

FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partners in strategic and operational decisions. We provide a tremendous opportunity to learn about the various operations within lululemon working often in cross-functional teams on a variety of projects. You will be able to add value immediately, see the big picture, and develop a business and finance skill set that you can leverage in your future roles within the organization.

Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for executing financial planning and analysis activities for the EMEA Retail channel and cross-channel business partners. In this role, you will:

  • Manage the ongoing revenue forecasting processes for all associated revenue for 50+ locations within our retail channel, partnering with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate forecasting and identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
  • Support on the preparation of business cases affecting the retail channels, including new location proformas, working closely with the Store Development team to obtain senior leadership approval and make recommendations.
  • Manage our occupancy, capex, and repairs and maintenance store costs, including closely partnering with the store real estate team. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and how to drive efficiency in our processes.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to our Store Development Teams, assisting in queries and analysis when required.
  • Support with monthly and quarterly reporting, analytics and commentary on regional performance.
  • Represent FP&A in cross-departmental initiatives that impact our retail channels.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis supporting strategic decision making as directed by the Senior Manager of FP&A.
  • Partner with cross-functional SSC teams, supporting them through the annual budget and monthly re-forecasts. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience in fast-paced business environments.
  • ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or CPA qualified.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required.
  • Retail industry experience is an asset.
  • Oracle, Hyperion, and Power BI knowledge are a plus.
  • Strong financial background, with analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time-sensitive manner.
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
