About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to support FP&A planning, forecasting, and reporting processes across Seqirus through execution of core financial activities and system processes. The role focuses on ensuring data integrity, reconciliation, and timely submission of financial information across SAP, Anaplan and FinanceCORE. The individual will collaborate across Global FP&A, Corporate Reporting, Commercial Finance and Operations Finance teams to support month-end and planning cycles, while proactively identifying opportunities to automate and improve finance processes. The role requires the ability to operate effectively across global time zones and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Planning & Forecasting Execution:
- Support planning cycles including SAP version setup, Anaplan headcount model updates, data uploads and preparation of FinanceCORE submissions.
- Perform reconciliation between planning systems and management P&L.

Month-End Reporting:
- Prepare and validate financial outputs including revenue tables, gross margin analysis, headcount reporting, and month-end slide decks.
- Key role in helping to construct and refine month-end reporting packs to help articulate narrative of performance commentary.
- Ensure consistency across SAP, Anaplan, dashboards, and reporting packs.

Data Reconciliation & Controls:
- Execute key reconciliations (gross margin, price/volume, supply-demand, headcount, FX).
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with FP&A, ATR, and business stakeholders.

Systems & Master Data Governance:
- Maintain master data across SAP and Anaplan including cost centres, product hierarchies, and FX rates.
- Support system governance and data quality.

Dashboard & Reporting Support:
- Refresh and maintain Power BI dashboards.
- Perform data extracts and support enhancements to reporting tools to improve insight generation.

Ad hoc Analysis:
- Support analytical requests including financial modelling, revenue and margin analysis, and data requests from tax, commercial, and corporate teams.

Process Improvement & Automation:
- Proactively identify and implement improvements to standardise processes, reduce manual activities, and enhance reporting efficiency across FP&A cycles.

- Other:
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally within Seqirus and with the CSL Enterprise to ensure alignment of financial plans and strategies and actively participate in the Enabling Functions Community of Practice across CSL.
- Continuous Improvement: Champion automation opportunities of manual processes including AI use-cases.
- Thought Leadership: Managing performance with focus on month-end P&L narratives and challenging where appropriate to determine key drivers of variance.
- Supporting Global Finance Strategic initiatives through input into strategic projects.
- Champion the Business Partnering mind-set.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred
- Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred
Experience Requirements
- Relevant experience in FP&A, financial reporting, or accounting roles, preferably within a global organisation
This position is a hybrid role requiring working 3 days per week at one of our site locations.
