The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a key business partner, providing financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support across the organization. This role drives profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic growth through actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. While supporting select transformation initiatives, including ERP implementation and carve-out activities, the primary focus is financial planning and forecasting, business partnership, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and executive insights.
- Support investment decisions and business case development.
- Prepare monthly business reviews and management reporting.
Business Partnership & Performance Management
- Partner with operational leaders to improve business performance.
- Analyze revenue, margin, expense, and profitability trends.
- Track KPIs and identify risks and opportunities.
Data Analytics & Process Improvement
- Develop dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes.
Financial Reporting & Controls
- Perform variance analysis and support monthly close activities.
- Help ensure financial accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
Strategic Projects
- Support ERP implementation, reporting enhancements, and selected transformation initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of FP&A, finance, or financial analysis experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and BI tools such as Power BI preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- SAP S/4HANA experience preferred but not required.
