Senior Financial Controls Manager
The Senior Financial Controls Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of financial controls, ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately within the organisation. Based in Warrington, this role is essential in maintaining strong accounting practices.

Description
- Develop and implement effective financial control processes and frameworks.
- Monitor compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Provide regular reporting on financial controls to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Support audits by ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial data.
- Review and update financial procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and guide staff on financial controls and best practices.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial reporting and transparency.

Profile
A successful Senior Financial Controls Manager should have:
- Strong experience in financial controls within the accounting and finance sector.
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.

Job Offer
- Salary between £46,800 and £53,000, dependent on the level of experience.
