Senior Financial Controls Manager (12 month FTC) – FTSE 100 Luxury Brand
Leeds City Centre, 3-4 days a week in the office
£75,000-£85,000
Audit & Risk Recruitment have been engaged by one of the most recognisable FTSE 100 brands in Leeds city centre to support their continued preparation for Provision 29. This role has a global remit covering all three of their major regions; USA, EMEA, and Asia. You will be required to go into the office 4 days/week, so you must live within a commutable distance of Leeds city centre. This is a 12 month FTC, so it's important that you are available on a short notice period.

Responsibilities
Reporting into the Global Director of Financial Controls, you will be building out the control framework around some specific key financial processes including Inventory and Tax (indirect, duty, etc). This will involve significant stakeholder engagement work as well as process & control documentation, control design and implementation, and control testing work. You will also work with the business to agree remediation activities and guide them through that process. As the business approaches its next phase of testing, you will also oversee and review the testing of key financial controls performed by the team.

Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong financial controls experience, including designing and implementing controls
- Good technical accounting knowledge
- Ability to engage non-Finance stakeholders in controls-based conversations
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness and ability to commute into Leeds 4 days/week
- Available on a reduced notice period
- Full eligibility to work in the UK (ILR, UK Passport, EU Settlement Status, or BNO Visa)
