Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Financial and Investment Analysts to help train advanced AI systems. You will create, evaluate, and refine realistic tasks involving financial modeling, valuation, investment research, portfolio analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment. You will verify technical accuracy, assumptions, and practical relevance, helping AI produce reliable, well-reasoned insights aligned with professional standards and real-world financial decision-making.

Requirements:
- 8–15 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, asset management, credit, equity research, or corporate finance.
- CFA, CAIA, MBA, or an equivalent qualification; substantial front-office or investment-desk experience may also be considered.
- Expert knowledge of valuation methodologies, including DCF, comparable-company, precedent-transaction, and asset-based analysis.
- Advanced financial-modeling experience across three-statement, LBO, merger, credit, forecasting, and scenario models.
- Proven investment judgment in evaluating opportunities, assessing risks, challenging assumptions, and presenting evidence-based recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-difficulty expert tasks and gold-standard solutions in the functional area.
- Review and calibrate team members' output and own day-to-day quality.
- Escalate genuine edge cases and rubric ambiguities to the Functional SME (Expert) Lead.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in any field.
- Experience in AI evaluation, data annotation, content review, quality assurance, or a related analytical role is preferred but not required.
Offer Details:
- Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week with 4 hours of overlap with PST.
- Engagement type: Contractor.
- Engagement Length: Up to 9 weeks.
