Senior Financial Planning Administrator
London | Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Home after Probation)

Are you an experienced Financial Services Administrator looking to join one of the UK's most prestigious wealth management firms?
A leading national Financial Planning and Investment Management business is seeking a Senior Financial Planning Administrator to support a team of Financial Planners, providing first-class service to a portfolio of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients.

The Role
As a Senior Financial Planning Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring clients receive an exceptional service throughout their journey. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll manage a wide variety of administrative responsibilities while building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Planners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and back-office systems.
- Request policy information from providers.
- Prepare meeting packs and client valuations.
- Liaise with internal operational teams regarding transfers, client instructions, and account administration.
- Process new business and proactively manage cases through to completion.
- Deliver excellent client outcomes while ensuring all work complies with regulatory standards.
About You
You'll ideally have:
- 2-5 years' experience within financial services administration.
- Experience supporting Financial Planners, Wealth Managers, or Financial Advisers.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and client service skills.
- The ability to prioritize effectively within a busy environment.
- A proactive, professional approach with a genuine desire to build a long-term career in wealth management.
- An interest in working towards professional qualifications would be advantageous.
