Senior Financial Planning Administrator

£35,000 - £42,000
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm
Office-based in Golders Green, North West London

We are working with an established Wealth Management practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Financial Planning Administrator to join its close-knit team of 8 people. They are part of a wider network based across the UK and internationally.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly capable and experienced Financial Planning Administrator who is looking for a varied role where they can become a key part of the team. The company is looking for someone who is organised, switched-on, and detail-focused, a genuine pair of safe hands who can slot into the business, take ownership of their workload, and provide support across the wider team.

The practice is part of a large international Wealth Management network, with dedicated Head Office support handling much of the more basic administration. This means the branch team can focus on delivering a high-quality service to clients, with regular liaison with Head Office and access to ongoing training and support.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
