Senior FP&A Analyst

Initial 3 month interim assignment

We are looking for a hands-on Senior FP&A Analyst during an exciting period of transformation. This is an interim assignment for initially 3 months, based in Central London with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

As this is a critical short-term contract, you need to be a self-starter who can pick up tasks quickly. You will take immediate ownership of core reporting, forecasting, and financial modelling while helping upgrade the data architecture.

Key Responsibilities

  • FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, and 3–5 year long-range planning
  • Financial Modelling: three-statement models
  • Reporting & Variance Analysis: Prepare monthly management accounts and KPIs
  • Manipulating large, complex datasets from disparate sources.
  • Process Automation: help to standardise manual reporting workflows.

Skills and Experience

  • Qualified accountant with PQE
  • Advanced Excel skills with a proven track record of building and auditing full three-statement models from scratch.
  • FP&A, Management Accounting and business partnering experience
  • Advantageous if you’ve worked for a PE backed business.
