Senior FP&A Analyst | High-Growth International Business

We are delighted to be partnering with a leading international brand (central London) who are looking for an ambitious Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. The role offers a high-level of senior stakeholder exposure in supporting business performance, forecasting and strategic decision-making across a complex, multi-entity environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders, driving insight-led decision making and influencing business performance.

Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering month-end reporting, providing meaningful analysis and insight into financial performance
  • Supporting the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
  • Consolidating departmental reporting and KPI packs for senior leadership teams
  • Producing robust financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Business partnering with operational and functional leaders across the organisation
  • Driving improvements, consistency and standardisation across reporting processes
  • Supporting the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
  • Managing periodic revenue, cost and headcount reporting cycles
  • Providing ad hoc commercial and financial analysis to support business priorities

We're keen to speak with qualified finance professionals who combine strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder management skills.

You will ideally have:

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with similar experience within FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities and confidence working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, inquisitive mindset and a desire to challenge and improve existing processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines
