Senior FP&A Analyst | Global Digital Marketing & Technology Business
📍 London | Hybrid Working
💰 £60,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Stanton House are partnering with a global, technology-led marketing and digital transformation business to recruit a Senior FP&A Analyst into its Group Finance function.
Following an evolution towards a more regional operating model and internal promotions within the team, this newly available position offers the opportunity to join a high-performing finance function at a pivotal stage of its development.
This role sits within Group FP&A and will play a key part in supporting financial reporting, forecasting, analysis and strategic decision-making across a complex international business. Working closely with senior finance stakeholders, you will provide the insight, reporting and modelling that help drive business performance, while operating within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
💼 The role:
Reporting into the Group FP&A team, responsibilities will include:
- Producing and developing Group financial reporting across revenue, profitability, headcount and business performance metrics
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycles
- Delivering detailed financial modelling, scenario analysis and commercial insight
- Analysing business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing actionable recommendations
- Supporting Board, Executive Leadership and investor reporting requirements
- Partnering with finance teams across multiple regions and business units
- Improving reporting frameworks, processes and automation capabilities
- Producing accurate, high-quality analysis in response to fast-moving business requirements and ad hoc requests

This role will suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, solving problems and working at pace, while providing critical support to senior stakeholders and the wider FP&A team.
🎯 What we’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience within FP&A, commercial finance, transaction services, restructuring, M&A or a related analytical finance environment
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and management reporting skills
- Experience working within a fast-paced and commercially driven organisation
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly
- Previous exposure to media, advertising, technology, marketing services or other project-based service businesses would be advantageous
- Candidates moving directly from practice will be considered, particularly those with exposure to media, technology or consumer-focused clients
