Role Description

The Senior Financial Professional will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and operational stability of Wolf Mindset Business Academy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Developing and overseeing financial planning and analysis
  • Managing budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitoring cash flow, profitability, and risk
  • Preparing financial reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Ensuring regulatory and tax compliance
  • Optimizing financial processes and controls
  • Collaborating with program leaders to assess financial viability of initiatives
  • Supporting pricing and revenue models
  • Providing strategic insight to guide sustainable growth and investment decisions

Qualifications

  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
  • Experience with financial reporting, performance metrics, and data interpretation for senior leadership
  • Knowledge of financial controls, risk management, and regulatory and tax compliance within the UK
  • Proficiency with financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling platforms, ERP or accounting systems)
  • Background in corporate finance, investment, or business advisory, ideally within education, consulting, or professional services
  • Ability to translate financial insights into clear recommendations for non-financial stakeholders
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record of supporting growth, optimizing financial performance, and implementing process improvements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CFA) are an advantage
