Senior Financial Reporting Manager
The Senior Financial Reporting Manager will oversee financial reporting and technical accounting to ensure accuracy and compliance, playing a key role in supporting the business's accounting and finance operations.

My client is a FTSE 100 listed business and global market leader.
Description
- Manage acquisition accounting, including purchase price allocation to Goodwill and Intangibles.
- Collaborate on preparation and review of primary financial statements for Group consolidation.
- Support in updating the Group Finance Manual in line with new accounting standards.
- Liaise with Tax and Treasury teams on Group deliverables and statutory accounts.
- Support the Treasury team on hedge accounting policy and disclosure in interim and full-year reports.
- Assist with ad hoc projects led by the SVP, Group Finance, in collaboration with FP&A.
- Conduct impairment testing for Intangibles, manage SOX controls, audit liaison, and present outcomes to the SLT.
- Support preparation of technical papers.
- Lead head-office reporting, including interactions with Group Treasury and Tax to ensure smooth UK Statutory Accounts filing.
- Contribute to regulatory filings including the Annual Report, Form 20-F, and Form 6-K.
- Validate and produce external reporting materials for investors on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Support in drafting accounting and reporting updates to the Audit Committee.
- Coordinate with external auditors to complete interim and year-end audits.
- Promote best-practice reporting and accounting consistency across all Group units.

Profile
The successful Senior Financial Reporting Manager should have:
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
- Big 4 background - either looking to make the step into industry at Manager / Senior Manager level or already having moved to industry
- Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
- Experience in financial reporting and IFRS

Job Offer
- Salary of £80,000 - £96,000 (including car allowance)
- 25 days of annual leave.
