Our Client
Our client is a respected membership and charitable organisation with a commercially successful trading subsidiary. Following a period of organisational transformation, they are seeking an experienced finance professional to support the next phase of growth, performance and financial excellence.
The Role
This is a highly visible business partnering position, embedded within the leadership team of a £20m turnover trading business.
- Partner with senior executives to support strategic decision-making
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes
- Deliver insightful management reporting and performance analysis
- Develop financial models to support commercial initiatives and investment decisions
- Drive the use of KPIs and data to improve business performance

Main Duties
Working closely with both finance and operational leadership, you will:
- Provide financial challenge, support and commercial insight to senior stakeholders
- Produce accurate forecasts, budgets and long-term financial plans
- Develop business cases and commercial analysis for new initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
- Support commercial negotiations through financial modelling and analysis
The Successful Candidate
- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a business partnering or commercial finance role
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
- Experience influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance challenge and support
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Advanced Excel and financial systems knowledge
