Senior Firmware Engineer

now required in Gloucestershire to join an exciting start-up company.

Top level salary of £75k to £90k plus benefits on offer

I am seeking a highly skilled Senior Firmware Engineer with 10 years plus expertise developing low-level Embedded software and a proven track record developing and delivering firmware from creating requirements, architecture design, implementation, and release.

  • Embedded C/C++
  • ARM-based microcontrollers
  • Experience with STM32 family
  • Bare-metal development
  • RTOS development (Zephyr, FreeRTOS)
  • Embedded Linux expertise
  • Communications protocols (UART/I2C/SPI/LoRA)
  • BLE/WiFi/GPRS interfacing
  • Bootloaders and OTA for updating multi-processor products
  • Experience debugging hardware using logic analysers and oscilloscopes
