The territory area typically goes as far north as Boulder, west as Golden, and south as Littleton. This position is responsible for (1) serving as a subject matter expert for Live 2 B Healthy classes, (2) onboarding a team of fitness trainers, (3) managing class schedules and delivery ensuring the program is delivered according to brand standards, (4) preparing to cover scheduled classes when fitness trainers are unavailable, and (5) building trusted relationships with our senior community leaders to help ensure long-term partnerships while identifying opportunities for growth in terms of quantity and types of classes in place. • Program Quality & Development: Monitor and support trainer performance, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate continuing education opportunities. Maintain consistency in program delivery across all locations.
  • Substitute Teaching: Serve as a backup instructor and fill in for classes when needed to maintain continuity of service.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, ongoing relationships with key decision-makers at partner communities to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion.
  • Client Retention & Engagement: Monitor program success metrics and satisfaction at active locations. Coordinate with trainers and community contacts to ensure consistent service quality and resolve any issues promptly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
