Requirements
- Provide assistance commercial issues within the project(s).
- Assist in the preparation of internal commercial reporting and any other reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of Valuations / Applications for Payment, including all supporting documentation in accordance with the contract.
- Identify commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering initiatives and change.
- Assist in cost control and cost mitigation activities.
- Apply cost allocation and coding structures in line with internal and external requirements.
- Provide cost reports as required.
- Input and post invoices
- Verify and process invoices against purchase order prices and delivered quantities.
- Match purchase orders and delivery notes with invoices.
- Ensure correct cost allocations against relevant codes.
- Resolve invoice queries with suppliers.
- Follow approval processes within required timeframes.
- Perform financial administration duties, including invoice processing and cost tracking.
- Resolve internal and external customer enquiries and escalate where necessary.
- Provide a high standard of customer service in all communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate electronic records.
- Maintain established electronic filing systems.
- Produce correspondence, documents and presentations using a variety of media.
- Provide routine and ad hoc management information to support decision-making.
- Process incoming and outgoing post.
- Sign for deliveries and distribute them or notify the relevant person or department.
- Ensure visitors are logged through Reception / Security and that accurate visitor records are maintained.
- Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Ensure the relevant person is informed of visitor arrivals in a timely manner.
- Undertake any other duties as required by the line manager.

Skills and Qualifications
- Team working.
- Ability to encourage and develop a culture of commercial awareness within the team.
- Ability to provide support, guidance and coaching to junior staff on commercial matters.
- Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder focus.
- Strong organisational skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in record keeping and administration.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
