2 Senior Flow Assurance Engineers are required to provide technical leadership and support the Flow Assurance activities in different phases of the project, from feasibility to Basic/FEED and along the execution phase.
As the Senior Flow Assurance Engineers, you will have the ability to work fully remotely and you will ideally provide experience within operations/ Oil & Gas or CCS type projects
This is a great opportunity to work on a contract that will provide longevity across a number of projects!
The main responsibilities will be:
- Prepare all the technical documentation related to Flow Assurance activities during the different phases of the Project, such as Conceptual Study, FEED, Tender and Contract package preparation, detailed engineering, and Operations.
- Follow up Supplier Call for Tender & Selection (qualifications, clarifications, recommendations, etc.) when applicable for Flow Assurance discipline.
- As the Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will review and approve FEED, Tender and Detailed Engineering performed by Contractors when applicable for Flow Assurance discipline.
- Provide technical support to interface disciplines (Pipelines/Subsea, Process/Facilities, Operations).
- Support operations and start‑up/commissioning troubleshooting as required.
- As the Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will liaise with other Engineering disciplines during Project execution phase.
- Manage interfaces with Reservoir and Laboratories.
- Perform the technical and administrative function of the PDL.
- As the Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will proactively highlight to Flow Assurance Coordinator and the Chief of Subsea Systems and estimate any variation of manhours and schedule on a Project due to a change in the scope of work.

- Extensive experience in Flow Assurance in all project phases (feasibility study, FEED, detailed engineering, and Operations).
- Graduate-level knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics
- As the Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will have the ability to identify, define, and analyse complex multiphase hydrocarbon transportation schemes.
- Capability to perform technical review of Flow Assurance documentation.
- Proficient usage of the following software: OLGA, PVTSim, Multiflash, Pipenet, Pipesim, Hysys, Unisim
- Familiarity with programming language such as Matlab, C++ and Python would be beneficial.
- As the Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will have experience with Technical Audit and Design & Safety Reviews, HAZOP, HAZID’s, Risk Assessment.
- Full understanding of importance in planning and executing projects.
- Ability to identify the need for and manage the integration of HSE and technical risk processes into engineering and project solutions.
- Ability to handle highly complex and diverse assignments while applying a high level of independent judgment.
- As the Senior Flow Assurance Engineer, you will have a strong communication and coordination skills, interpersonal skills and excellent engineering judgement.
- Experience in CCUS projects is considered beneficial.
- MS or BS Degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Energy Engineering, or any other related engineering discipline.
