Senior Flutter Developer

We’re looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join a high-performing engineering team and play a key role in building, evolving, and optimising modern mobile applications and SDKs.

You’ll combine strong Flutter expertise with deep native mobile experience, working closely with engineers, product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality experiences for customers.

This is a role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, cares deeply about engineering quality, and is excited by the evolving world of AI-assisted and agentic software development.

What you’ll be doing

  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve shared product and engineering delivery objectives.
  • Actively contribute to team ceremonies, planning, technical discussions, and day-to-day delivery.
  • Translate product and engineering requirements into clear technical solutions and implementation tasks.
  • Take ownership of code quality, with strong automated test coverage and a focus on minimising defects.
  • Participate in code reviews, helping maintain high engineering standards and consistent coding practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve technical processes, architecture, performance, and developer experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
