Senior Flutter Developer - Commission-Based
Help build the technology behind the next generation of FemTech.
LYNA is an AI-powered women’s health platform connecting nutrition, hormones, symptoms and personalised health insights. We’re looking for a highly capable Senior Flutter Developer to help turn our product vision into a polished, scalable mobile application.
Role Details
- Position: Senior Flutter Developer
- Type: Commission-based
- Location: Fully remote
- Hours: Flexible
- Start: ASAP
What you’ll do
- Lead development of LYNA’s Flutter mobile application
- Build and improve core product features and user flows
- Translate Figma designs into high-quality, responsive interfaces
- Develop onboarding, personalised health experiences and subscription/paywall functionality
- Integrate APIs, backend services and third-party tools
- Ensure strong app performance, reliability and scalability
- Implement clean, maintainable and well-structured code
- Work closely with the founder, product, UI/UX and AI teams
- Troubleshoot bugs and continuously improve the product
- Help establish technical standards and architecture as LYNA scales

What we’re looking for
- Senior-level Flutter/Dart experience
- Strong experience building and shipping production mobile apps
- Excellent understanding of Flutter architecture and state management
- Experience with REST APIs and backend integrations
- Strong Git/GitHub workflow
- Experience with Firebase and/or similar services is a plus
- Experience with subscriptions, paywalls and in-app purchases is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of mobile UX and performance
- Ability to work independently in an early-stage startup
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Interest in AI, FemTech, healthtech or consumer apps is a major plus
Commission Structure
This is a commission-based opportunity rather than a salaried position. The exact commission/equity structure will be discussed and agreed in writing before work begins, based on experience, scope of contribution and level of involvement.
