Role Description
This is a full-time, remote Senior Flutter Developer role focused on building and scaling LYNA®’s mobile application. The Senior Flutter Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile features that deliver personalized health and nutrition experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include architecting Flutter solutions, integrating with backend APIs, optimizing app performance, ensuring reliability and security, and collaborating with product, design, data, and clinical teams. The role involves translating user and business requirements into clean, maintainable code, implementing responsive UI/UX, and contributing to technical decisions and best practices. This position is commission-based, with compensation tied to agreed-upon performance and product milestones.

Qualifications

- Strong Flutter and Dart development skills, including experience with cross-platform mobile app architecture and state management (e.g., Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
- Experience integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs, managing authentication flows, and working with backend services and cloud platforms (e.g., Firebase, AWS, or similar).
- Proficiency in mobile UI/UX implementation, responsive design, and building accessible, user-centered interfaces for health or wellness applications.
- Knowledge of mobile app performance optimization, testing (unit, widget, integration), debugging, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.
- Background in software engineering best practices, including code reviews, version control (Git), documentation, and collaborative agile development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities in a commission-based structure, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in healthtech, femtech, or wellness products is a plus.
- Interest in women’s health, hormonal health, or nutrition, and motivation to build inclusive, evidence-based digital health products.
