Senior Mobile Software Engineer (Flutter)
London | Onsite | Up to £95,000
We're working with a technology business that powers high-volume, real-world operational platforms used by thousands of users daily. They're looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to take ownership of mobile development across Flutter and native mobile technologies.
You'll be joining a collaborative engineering team focused on building scalable, high-performance applications, helping shape technical direction while delivering new features and improving customer experience.

- Building and enhancing mobile applications using Flutter
- Working across native Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) and/or iOS (SwiftUI)
- Designing clean, scalable solutions and contributing to architecture decisions
- Collaborating with Product, UX, QA and engineering teams
- Driving code quality through testing, reviews and engineering best practices
- Helping optimise performance and reliability across mobile platforms
- Exploring modern AI-assisted development approaches and tooling
What we're looking for:
- Strong commercial Flutter development experience
- Background in native Android or iOS development
- Experience building and integrating REST APIs
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture, testing and software design patterns
- Experience delivering production-grade mobile applications at scale
- Comfortable working in a highly collaborative engineering environment
