Are you an experienced FM pricing professional with a track record of leading complex bid submissions and developing robust commercial models?

We're looking for a Senior FM Pricing Estimator to take ownership of pricing across Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) and single-service bids, acting as the commercial lead within a multi-disciplinary bid team.

This role is focused on end-to-end ownership of FM tender pricing, requiring someone who understands the commercial, operational and financial drivers behind successful outsourcing solutions. You'll play a key role in developing innovative, competitive and financially robust bids that support Sodexo's growth and retention ambitions across the UK & Ireland.

Main Responsibilities

As the Senior FM Pricing Estimator, you'll lead the pricing workstream from opportunity qualification through to governance and final submission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the accountable pricing lead on IFM and single-service opportunities.
  • Developing and owning end-to-end pricing models, including labour loading, rostering, reactive maintenance analysis and scenario modelling.
  • Working closely with Business Development, Bid Management, Operations and Procurement teams to develop compelling customer solutions.
  • Translating operational delivery models into commercially robust and competitive submissions.
  • Identifying, quantifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.
  • Supporting governance processes by clearly articulating pricing assumptions, recommendations and outcomes.
  • Developing commercial strategies that balance customer requirements with profitability and risk.
  • Contributing to mobilisation and transition pricing activities.
  • Reviewing complex customer pricing templates and providing commercial insight.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing methodologies, modelling tools and ways of working.
  • Providing peer reviews and commercial challenge on pricing models to ensure accuracy and quality.

The Ideal Candidate

We're seeking an experienced pricing professional who has successfully led FM or IFM bid pricing within an outsourced services environment.

You will ideally have:

  • Proven experience owning end-to-end FM / IFM tender pricing.
  • Experience pricing facilities management contracts, including hard FM, soft FM or integrated FM services.
  • A background within outsourced services, facilities management or integrated facilities management environments.
  • Strong commercial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
  • The ability to interpret customer requirements and convert them into competitive commercial solutions.
  • Experience supporting governance, bid approvals and commercial submissions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial and problem-solving capabilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple concurrent bids in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, resilient and collaborative approach.
