What you’ll be doing & what we’re looking for

Based at Delta Hotel by Marriott Heathrow Windsor, primarily in Market Kitchen Restaurant, you will also support and supervise Brew Bar Lounge, Room Service, Executive Lounge, and Conference & Banqueting. You will lead by example, deliver excellent service and guest satisfaction, and help create memorable experiences while developing your own career.

  • Act as a role model and mentor, working alongside the team and supporting their development.
  • Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring they are completed on time and to the required standards.
  • Ensure team members are trained in Marriott values, roles, responsibilities, service and technical standards.
  • Complete opening duties, including setting up supplies/tools, managing the bank, and ensuring the area is clean and operational.
  • Complete closing duties, including cleaning, restocking, storing equipment/goods, returning items to the correct locations, and completing checklists.
  • Support other departments when required to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Record guest and employee incidents for management follow-up.
  • Check storage areas for organisation, FIFO, cleanliness, and complete scheduled stock and inventory checks.
  • Monitor dining areas for seating availability, service, safety and guest wellbeing.
  • Work with management to develop improvements, set goals, and enhance guest and employee satisfaction.
  • Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen.

This is a full-time role (40 hours / 5 days per week), with a mix of early and late shifts, Monday to Sunday.
