About the role

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional product quality and technical precision? We’re looking for a Senior Footwear & Accessories Technician to join our team and play a key role in developing footwear and leather goods collections from concept to production.

Please note this role is office based, Tues-Thurs, in our Head Office in Clapham (SW4 0JW).

What you’ll do

  • Partner with design, buying, and suppliers to ensure high standards of fit, construction, and performance.
  • Drive technical development across footwear and leather goods categories.
  • Create and maintain accurate tech packs and specification sheets aligned with critical paths.
  • Standardize fits for core footwear styles and oversee wear trials for leather goods.
  • Liaise with suppliers on fit, quality, and fabric testing, ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
  • Approve lab test reports, care labels, and escalate issues to protect delivery timelines.

  • Strong technical expertise in footwear and accessories development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to react quickly to challenges.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and ensuring product integrity.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for quality and customer satisfaction.
