Role Highlights

  • Drive Financial Performance – Support the delivery of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning and monthly reporting activities across the Group.
  • Turn Data into Insight – Work with large and complex data sets, developing financial models and providing meaningful analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with Stakeholders – Collaborate with senior leaders across the business, presenting analysis, recommendations and performance insights.
  • Support Strategic Projects – Contribute to investment appraisals, scenario planning, business reviews, refinancing projects and capital structure optimisation initiatives.
  • Enhance Reporting & KPIs – Support the development of dashboards and KPI reporting frameworks alongside the Data team to improve business visibility and performance monitoring.

It Would be Great If

  • You are a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
  • You have proven experience in financial planning, forecasting and reporting within a commercial environment.
  • You are an advanced Excel user with strong financial modelling skills.
  • You are comfortable analysing large and complex data sets and translating findings into actionable business insights.
  • You are a confident communicator who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership teams.
  • Experience with Power BI or other BI tools would be advantageous.

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 4 main stages:

  1. One of our recruiters will personally review your application and, if successful, invite you to an initial conversation to discuss your experience, career aspirations, and the role in more detail.
  2. A 30-minute Microsoft Teams meeting with the hiring manager to explore your background, discuss the role's responsibilities, and give you the opportunity to learn more about the team.
  3. A face-to-face interview at one of our offices, providing an opportunity to meet the wider team and further explore your skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
  4. Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
