Senior FP&A Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £75,000 plus bonus
Working Model: Hybrid
The Opportunity
A fast-growing international financial technology business is looking to hire a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its London-based finance team.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role will play a key part in supporting business growth through budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance analysis and management reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, helping drive commercial decision-making while contributing to the development of a scalable FP&A function.

Key Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts and scenario analysis.
- Consolidate regional and functional forecasts into a group-wide view.
- Produce monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards and performance analysis.
- Deliver insightful variance analysis and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with finance and operational teams on headcount, cost and investment planning.
- Improve reporting processes, automation and data quality across the finance function.
- Support board, leadership and investor reporting where required.
About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis experience.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Commercially minded with strong analytical capabilities.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with automation, AI, BI tools or finance systems is advantageous.
