Senior FP&A Analyst, Europe | Remote | Permanent

Iโ€™m currently working with Virtus Health on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to support its European operations across the UK, Ireland and Denmark.

This isnโ€™t just a role where youโ€™ll produce reports and explain the numbers. Youโ€™ll work closely with the European Commercial Controller and senior leadership teams, providing the analysis and insight needed to improve performance and support key business decisions.

If you enjoy getting beneath the numbers, challenging assumptions and turning complex information into clear commercial insight, this could be a fantastic opportunity.

What youโ€™ll be doing:

  • Supporting strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting across the European businesses.
  • Preparing monthly and quarterly performance packs with clear, insightful commentary.
  • Analysing performance against budgets, forecasts and prior years to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • Developing financial models, business cases and scenario analysis to support investment and growth decisions.
  • Analysing the key drivers of commercial performance, including volume, price, cost and mix.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve operational performance, margins and processes.
  • Monitoring key projects and tracking the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Carrying out market, competitor and benchmarking analysis.
  • Working closely with senior leaders across finance and the wider business to support better decision-making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
