The Role: Senior FP&A Analyst
We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team and drive clarity through data. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role with a strong focus on analysis and execution.
This is not a traditional finance business partner or governance position. Instead, you’ll focus on:
- Working directly with data
- Building models
- Analyzing performance
- Translating complex signals into clear, actionable insights for Product, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve financial & operational models to support forecasting, planning, and performance tracking
- Analyze SaaS/PLG metrics (e.g., ARR, expansion, churn, CAC, LTV, conversion funnels) and link them to business drivers
- Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Go-to-Market teams to surface insights—without traditional finance gatekeeping
- Turn complex data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations
- Own recurring analyses, dashboards, and reporting with a focus on speed, usability, and accuracy
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles through detailed, bottoms-up analysis
- Continuously improve how we use data, tools, and processes
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a hands-on analytical role
- Strong background in SaaS businesses, ideally in a product-led growth environment
- Comfort working with raw data, models, and analytical tools (e.g., spreadsheets, BI tools, SQL)
- Proven ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience collaborating with Marketing, Growth, or Commercial teams
- Execution-first mindset: Own problems end-to-end and get results
- No managerial responsibilities; able to thrive as an individual contributor
- Curious, adaptable, and ambiguity-tolerant—excels in fast-moving environments
