About the Role
A fast-growing live entertainment business, backed by ambitious growth plans, is seeking a commercially-minded Senior FP&A Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy, supporting investment decisions, and driving performance across a diverse portfolio of businesses.
This is a high-impact role offering significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence the future direction of a well-established and highly respected brand in the entertainment sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and long-range financial modelling to support strategic decision-making and future growth.
- Develop business plans, scenario analyses, and investment cases, assessing risks, opportunities, and performance outcomes.
- Deliver insightful analysis of financial and operational performance, identifying trends, key drivers, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on business KPIs, providing clear variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Partner closely with commercial, operational, and leadership teams to support decision-making, challenge assumptions, and drive performance.
- Prepare board-level reporting, presentations, and management information that supports strategic planning and business growth.
- Support new commercial opportunities, expansion initiatives, and strategic projects through robust financial analysis and evaluation.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, forecasting, and analytical processes, helping to enhance finance capability across the organization.

- ACA/CIMA equivalent qualified with approximately 3-5 years of PQE gained within FP&A, commercial finance, corporate finance/M&A, or strategic finance.
- Strong experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development.
- Proven ability to deliver commercial insight and influence senior stakeholders in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.
- Advanced Excel skills with experience of Power BI or similar reporting and visualization tools advantageous.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
- Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience within live entertainment, events, hospitality, leisure, or other consumer-focused sectors would be beneficial.
