Job Description
Purpose of role
As Senior Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business performance by providing insightful overhead reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. You'll partner with stakeholders across the organisation to help manage costs, identify efficiencies and support informed decision-making.

Alongside supporting group sales reporting, you will help maintain strong financial control, deliver meaningful commercial insight and contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support on the group level creation of sales and topline reporting
- Produce monthly reporting and analysis of overheads across the business including any variances to budget, forecast and prior year.
- Investigate significant variances and provide clear explanations and recommendation to stakeholders.
- Partner with budget holders to understand cost drivers, challenge assumptions and support effective financial decision-making.
- Own the process to attribute central overheads to business lines
- Lead the annual budgeting and in year forecasting submissions for overheads.
- Develop, standardise and improve reporting tools, processes and financial models to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure financial data integrity and consistency across reporting systems and models.
- Support with ad hoc analysis, business cases and strategic projects.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Professional accountancy qualification with ideally 3-5 years PQE
- Experience in an FP&A, Finance Analyst or business partnering role with exposure to budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Strong commercial awareness with ability to interpret financial data into business insights.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation or reporting tools are highly desirable.
