Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team, based in London. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you will play a key role in building out our FP&A function as Sokin continues to scale globally, helping shape the processes, models, systems and reporting the business relies on to plan and make decisions.

This is a broad, hands-on role spanning budgeting and forecasting, management reporting, headcount and cost planning, performance analysis and financial modelling across multiple regions.

You will work closely with regional and functional stakeholders to build robust forecasts, consolidate plans into a Group view and provide clear insight into the drivers of financial performance. Alongside the core FP&A cycle, you will apply your strong automation and AI skills to help develop our systems and Finance data infrastructure to create more scalable and efficient ways of working.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious and eager to get stuck in. You will be comfortable getting into the detail, asking the right questions and constructively challenging assumptions and existing processes. You will have a genuine appetite to improve how things are done and help shape a scaling FP&A function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
