This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience and a background in food or drink manufacturing who is looking to take on a genuinely progressive role. - Preparing monthly financial reporting across the Group, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and production standard costs.
- Producing detailed analysis of sales, gross profit, margins, and operating costs by channel, customer, category, brand, and SKU.
- Preparing management reporting packs with clear commentary on actual performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
- Supporting the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting across the Group.
- Building and maintaining financial models covering P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
