Are you an FP&A professional who enjoys being close to the detail, working with large datasets and turning complex financial information into clear commercial insight?

A major international multi-site FMCG operator is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its London-based Group Finance team.

Operating across a large, multi-site international footprint, this is a complex and fast-moving business with a broad portfolio of customer-facing outlets. The role sits at the heart of Group FP&A, working closely with divisional and country finance teams to support reporting, planning, forecasting and senior decision-making.

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants genuine exposure to Group-level reporting and senior stakeholders, while joining at a time of change. The business is implementing a new consolidation tool, creating plenty of opportunity to improve reporting, data flows and finance processes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
