An exciting opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting within a growing finance team within a financial services business in London. The role combines insightful financial analysis, business partnering and financial modelling to help drive performance and support strategic decision-making.

Client Details

A growing financial services firm is seeking an analytical finance professional to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis capability. The business offers a collaborative environment where finance plays a key role in supporting operational and commercial decisions.

Description

  • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
  • Produce monthly management information packs and reporting.
  • Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior periods.
  • Deliver clear commentary on key financial drivers, risks and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
  • Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making and challenge assumptions where appropriate.

Profile

  • Fully Qualified - ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA
  • Previous experience within FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting.
  • Financial Services or Banking or similar sector background preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information clearly.
  • Experience of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI and ERP systems would be advantageous.
  • Proactive, inquisitive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
