Senior FP&A Leader
Salary: circa £80,000 plus benefits
A commercially focused finance leadership opportunity with a growing, multi-channel consumer products business.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, this role combines FP&A leadership, commercial finance, business partnering, and performance improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in improving planning, forecasting, and decision support across the organisation, helping senior stakeholders translate data and analysis into meaningful commercial actions.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Driving actionable commercial insight and performance analysis
- Supporting UK Sales Director with business cases and scenario modelling
- Improving reporting, decision support, and planning disciplines
- Leading and developing a small FP&A team
- Building strong relationships across commercial, operational, and supply chain functions

Working mainly with the UK Sales Director, you will support initiatives focused on margin improvement, performance optimisation, investment evaluation, and strategic planning.
About You
We are interested in speaking with qualified finance professionals who combine strong FP&A capability with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience within consumer, retail, FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or other commercially focused environments will be advantageous.
