Senior FP&A Manager
Location: London | Work Arrangement: Hybrid
We're partnering with a growing technology business based in central London to appoint a Senior FP&A Manager. This is a senior appointment with genuine scope, leading a team of 3-4 and playing a central role in a finance transformation programme, including system implementation. It's a strong opportunity for an experienced FP&A professional who wants ownership of both the numbers and the infrastructure behind them.
The Role
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling across the business, owning the end-to-end planning cycle
- Play a leading role in the finance transformation agenda, including implementation of planning/EPM systems (e.g. Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion) and redesign of reporting processes
- Manage and develop a team of 3-4, building capability as the function scales
- Business partner with senior leadership and department heads, turning financial data into commercial insight that shapes decision-making
- Own board and senior stakeholder reporting, with clear, well-evidenced variance analysis
- Drive process improvement and automation, building scalable models and reporting that keep pace with growth

What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA) with substantial post-qualification experience in FP&A
- Proven experience operating at a senior level, with direct line management and team development experience
- Hands-on experience leading or playing a significant role in a finance systems implementation or transformation project
- Advanced financial modelling skills and strong command of Excel
- Confident stakeholder management, with experience presenting to senior leadership or board level
- Experience in a fast-paced, scaling technology business is a strong advantage
- Able to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
