Senior FP&A Manager, 6-Month Contract
London (Hybrid)
I'm partnering with a London-listed international group, operating across multiple markets and business units, to appoint a Senior FP&A Manager on an initial six-month contract. This is a central role within Group Finance, owning the planning cycle end to end and acting as a key finance partner to senior leadership during a period of continued change in the business.
The role
- You will lead the full planning cycle across budget, reforecasts and the longer-range plan, consolidating submissions from operating units into a coherent group view and making sure the assumptions underneath it are challenged and defensible.
- Own the planning governance framework, including the calendar, timetables, review points, sign-off processes and consistency of approach across a devolved finance community.
- Produce monthly group performance reporting and KPI packs for the executive team and Board, with clear commentary on trading, variance to plan and forward risks and opportunities. You will also support strategic work such as scenario modelling, investment cases and portfolio decisions.
- Act as the FP&A lead on planning and reporting tools, improving data flows, standardising templates and KPI definitions, and reducing manual effort across the process. Throughout, you will be working closely with the CFO

What you'll bring

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with a strong FP&A background at senior manager level
- Experience running end-to-end planning cycles in a multi-entity, international group
- A record of designing or improving planning governance and KPI reporting
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and holding business units to account
- Hands-on experience with planning or EPM systems (e.g. Anaplan, Adaptive, Board, OneStream), with advanced Excel
- Availability at short notice, and ideally previous interim experience
