En Route is looking for an experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead our FP&A function and play a pivotal role in supporting commercial growth and strategic decision-making across our international business.

The Opportunity:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will lead all FP&A activities across six international legal entities, delivering high-quality financial insight, forecasting and performance reporting to support the achievement of our ambitious growth objectives.
As a key member of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with business leaders across Sales, Supply Chain and Finance, while also partnering with dnata Group Accounting to ensure robust financial governance and reporting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Performance
- Lead the end-to-end annual budgeting process across the Group.
- Own and maintain the integrated three-statement financial model and five-year strategic plan.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting, including:
- Flash reporting
- Monthly Business Review (MBR) packs
- Board packs
- Forecasts and mid-term plans
- Provide clear variance analysis and meaningful commercial insight.
- Manage the consolidated cashflow forecasting process and monthly reporting.

Strategic Business Partnering
- Support key commercial decisions through financial modelling, business case reviews and ROI analysis.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive revenue growth, profitability and operational efficiencies.
- Develop and implement meaningful KPIs that support business performance and accountability.
Continuous Improvement
- Drive best-practice FP&A processes across the organisation.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency, accuracy and insight.
- Maximise the effectiveness of financial systems and ensure data integrity across all reporting outputs.
About You:
We're looking for a highly analytical and commercially focused finance leader who combines technical excellence with strong stakeholder management skills.
Essential Experience
- Significant FP&A leadership experience within a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, modelling and performance reporting.
- Proven experience business partnering with senior leaders across commercial functions, particularly Sales and Supply Chain.
- Experience driving change and implementing best-practice FP&A processes.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
Desirable
- Experience within a scale-up, high-growth or rapidly evolving business environment.

- Proven ability to successfully manage relationships at all levels, both upwards and downwards.
