Senior FP&A Manager – Digital

London | Hybrid Working | Interim | £70,000 - £80,000

We are working with one of the UK's most iconic arts and entertainment organisations, whose digital arm streams performances to audiences worldwide and is scaling fast.

They are looking for a qualified accountant to join as Senior FP&A Manager on an interim basis, covering their Digital division. This is a senior, high-visibility role combining financial modelling, forecasting and oversight of core financial processes for a fast-growing part of the business.

You will report into the Deputy Finance Director and work directly with the Chief Digital Officer, building the models and forecasts behind the organisation's plans to grow its digital reach. The role would suit someone who enjoys commercial finance work with real strategic input, and who is comfortable managing a small team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
