Senior FP&A Manager

A commercially focused finance leader is required to drive financial planning, forecasting, performance reporting and strategic decision support within a complex international organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide insight, challenge and leadership to support business performance, growth initiatives and informed decision-making.

Michael Page is partnering with a well-established international organisation to recruit a Senior FP&A Manager. Operating across multiple markets, the business has built a strong reputation within its sector and continues to invest in growth, process improvement and technology.

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, influence strategic decision-making and lead a high-performing finance business partnering team within a complex and evolving environment.

Description

Reporting into the Finance Director, the Senior FP&A Manager will be responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis and strategic business partnering activities across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the annual budget, forecast and long-range planning cycles.
  • Providing insightful analysis of financial and operational performance.
  • Developing robust financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to identify risks, opportunities and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Delivering scenario analysis and decision support to drive commercial outcomes.
  • Producing executive-level reporting and presenting key business insights.
  • Driving improvements across planning, forecasting and reporting processes.
  • Building strong relationships across finance and operational functions.
  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of finance professionals.

Profile

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a proven track record in FP&A, commercial finance or finance business partnering within a complex organisation.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.
  • The ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities and commercial acumen.
  • Experience operating within a larger corporate or multi-site environment.
  • Strong systems and reporting skills.
  • Experience leading and developing finance teams.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
