FP&A Manager

The Group is seeking an energetic, commercially minded FP&A Manager to help build a best-in-class, forward-looking FP&A function. This is a high-impact opportunity to strengthen the financial insight, planning discipline, systems and capabilities required for a high-growth international organisation to navigate transition and thrive beyond it.

About the role

You’ll own and continually improve our Group budgeting, rolling outlook and long-term planning processes, while delivering high-quality reporting for ExCo, the Board and investors. You’ll also strengthen scenario modelling across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, helping senior stakeholders make better-informed decisions.

A major part of the role will be looking at how we can do things differently. You’ll identify opportunities to use AI, automation and smarter processes to create measurable improvements in efficiency and analytical capacity, while continuing to develop Pigment as our Group planning platform.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
