Senior FP&A Manager
£80,000 - £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits Package
Hertfordshire (Hybrid Working)
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract | October/November Start
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced FP&A professional to join a large, complex business at a pivotal point in its growth journey. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a key role in driving financial performance, delivering commercial insight, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
This is a highly visible position, offering regular exposure to the Executive Team and senior stakeholders, alongside close collaboration with Investor Relations and involvement in a significant finance transformation programme, including the implementation of a new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across the business.
- Deliver insightful monthly reporting, performance analysis and commentary for senior leadership.
- Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to drive performance and support strategic initiatives.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools to improve decision-making across the organisation.
- Support Board and Executive presentations, providing clear financial insights and recommendations.
- Work closely with the Investor Relations team, contributing to market-facing analysis, shareholder reporting and performance messaging.
- Identify opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy, reporting quality and financial processes.
- Play a key role in the ongoing finance transformation programme, helping shape future processes, systems and reporting capabilities.
- Support the implementation of a new ERP platform, acting as a finance lead on reporting and planning requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the FP&A team where required.

About You

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Proven experience within FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering roles.
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, complex environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Experience of working with senior leadership teams and influencing decision-making.
- Prior exposure to finance transformation programmes, systems implementations or process improvement initiatives would be highly advantageous.
- Strong Excel and financial systems knowledge.
