Senior FP&A Manager | PE-Backed Technology Services Business | London Hybrid
£85,000-£95,000 + Bonus
I'm partnering with a PE-backed technology services business operating in a recurring revenue, contract-led environment. Following recent investment and continued growth, the business is looking to appoint a Senior FP&A Manager to play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, reporting and strategic decision support.
This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to the Executive Team, Board, investors and lenders, offering significant ownership and the opportunity to help shape the future FP&A capability of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Own the annual budget, reforecast and rolling forecast processes across P&L, cash flow, working capital and capex
- Strategic Planning: Lead long-range planning, scenario analysis and driver-based financial modelling
- Board & Investor Reporting: Prepare forecasts, reporting packs and insightful commentary for senior leadership, investors and lenders
- Commercial Analysis: Deliver actionable analysis on business performance, profitability, investment decisions and operational drivers
- KPI Reporting: Own key financial and operational metrics, helping drive data-led decision making
- Systems & Transformation: Support reporting automation, planning improvements, finance systems projects and process optimisation initiatives
- Business Partnering: Work closely with operational, commercial and executive stakeholders across the organisation
- Leadership: Manage and develop a Commercial Finance Analyst

What We're Looking For:

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong FP&A experience with ownership of budgeting, forecasting and planning processes
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical capability
- Experience preparing board, investor or lender reporting
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Experience within a PE-backed, technology, infrastructure, telecoms, services or recurring revenue environment would be advantageous
- Exposure to finance transformation, systems implementation, automation or AI-enabled reporting would be beneficial
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with planning or reporting tools
